You need a dissembler like IDA PRO to find the float values etc.
Also you will want the ps3 IDA plugins.

You will also need something like Aldo's tools to extract the elf from the self.

Ad did you have a link for Download all this ? I'm not very good in HxD explorer :x

Well HxD is not going to show you where the float values are. HxD is just a HEX EDITOR, not to be rude or anything but if you didnt know that you are prob never going to figure out IDA. But just in case.
