all you have to do is run Toggle QA, then you should hear 3 beeps then it will go back to the xmb, to make sure it worked go to network settings (dont select it) and hit the button combo: L1,L2,L3,R1,R2, and down then you should see some other options. Go into recovery mode and install your downgrader .PUP
