the new way where it doesnt format the HDD you just patch it with Rogeros Nand or Nor Auto patcher v0.04 then flash it to the console it should tell you "connect to controller screen then ask for an update 4.41 or later (depends on which firmware your on) just install CFW and thats it easy and faster, if on 4.46 just intall Rogero Downgrader & ive never had a problem though
