Do you want to download it now'' i click no and nothing happens but when i click yes it takes me to the store i start to download load it and a error message appears.

You can't download and install stuff from the PSN store while your on DEX. You need to be on CEX for the download to proceed.

How do i go back to CEX to install then back to DEX?

in rebug toolbox go to swap LV2 Kernel and hit cex then you should still have your CEX Target ID files on your flashdrive and you want to "Rewrite Target ID in Flash"

This should work if you are spoofed, I am not and I just tried it and it didn't work because im not on 4.46
