Are you on dex or Rebugs REX, if just dex I am pretty sure you have to convert pkgs to NPDRM, to do so use aldostools, I also recommend convering back to cex and then convertin to Rebug 4.30.2 REX, which has all dex features but still functions like cex, so yiu don't have to convert pkgs or anything.

i am on 4.30.2 rex but im on dex ight now, so tha only way is to convert to cex

After research I saw npdrm was for cex, not dex its strange I thought it was for dex. You are good I am samething you are on Rebug dex mode. Is it a PSN game? If so then how are you trying to install the pkgs? Did you put the split pkgs in a folder them transfer to dev_hdd0 just root of harddrive and that will join pkgs. After theyare joined you can go in multiman filemanager double click pkg and install from xmb

yes its a game i got from psn stuff, i splitt the files also and the exdata>rap files with it in the usb. But when i put it in the ps3 to check packfiles folder from XMB it shows nothing , so i try multiman, it shows but when i double click it i dont see the pkg anywhere in the xmb...

If you don't see it just their, you go to install pkg files and do the first option I think, try them all besides the delete option, after you double clicked the pkg file.

Thats strange, are you sure split pkgs have been joined back together? Once you double click and choose yes to install and choose the first option in install pkgs should look like psn picture on first option red picture.
