have you resolved this? cause i have the same problem

make sure your ps3 ip adress and your target are the same make sure all the settings are exactly right
Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting

i'm having the same problem and i can't change anything if my ps3 isn't connected to TM and i've tried every thing don't know whats wrong or what i am doing wrong .
and btw i'm using habib 4.46 CFW
