You need to be on DEX for a starter. If you'r 'new' then i wouldn't recommend converting to it.

You need ProDG Target Manager and Debugger, just google it. Then you need to link it with your ps3, there's lots of threads to explain how to do all this in here you just have to look. Then to use the tool you need a bebug eboot, you can make that with iMCSx Eboot Builder. You might aswell put the Xp on it if thats what you want, put the eboot in and your ready to RTM
