No, if you get ban, it would be for modding mw2, it would be for going online with a DEX console. Which means Activision wouldnt be the one to ban you, it would be Sony.

Like I said, you probably wont get ban for modding mw2 because they don't have a ban system in MW2 like BO I - BO II
