No PS3 is not banned, If I delete my account, I can re add it through the sign up process. If your banned you can't even add your account. Everything was good until 4.46 came out. Anybody else having this issue?

Currently on 4.46 v1.13 habib. I have downgraded and tried 4.21 rebug, 4.30 rebug, 4.40 rogero and all same error. I can sign in on my OFW PS3 with the same account just fine.

That is what I said it's not. My console is banned, then I spoof my id, so I can add my account. It lets me add account then I can't sign in. Before I spoof my id I cant even add account as it says system is banned. I have been modding since 3.55 and this is a first for me. I'm stuck. No clue.

console is banned dude..sometimes its let you to creat a acc but you cant sign in with a banned id on psn..best solution is like you say it..on ofw you can sign in..on cfw doesnt, with the same acc..this means your cfw console is banned..
