Amazon is legit, or you can try Modchipcentral. E3 flashers are becoming more popular now so you have more change of getting an original one.

yh the problem is i have £55 left from my wages and modchipcentral charge ridiculous delivery prices

Just buy it from amazon then its £47 there.
