There is no 4.46 "Jailbreak" there is a CFW but it requires CFW to already be installed before proceeding, there will always be fake jailbreaks and mostly just demo mode .PUP but there is nothing we can do to stop the attention whores, sorry.

you download the 4.46 reverter .pupand put it on your usb(root of USB has PS3 inside the PS3 folder is UPDATE and inside the update folder is the reverter .PUP) once you have the reverter pup in your USB go into recovery mode>system update>search usb>update and you will be back at 4.46 OFW
