There is a Unbanner coming out soon. You put your PSN details and it removes the ban. It will take some time though, their fixing the connection to PSN. You could try that, unless your console banned then you need a new PS3. Or even worse IP banned. Your banned from using internet on your PS3

If you got a console ban, you just need to replace a valid consoleid to have online access again.
