I heard there is some way like using KIOSK's 4.46 To downgrade?
Or is there anyway what so ever to downgrade?
I want to be able to host mw3/mw2 and such on lobbies

you need and e3 flasher no other way

You cannot downgrade with any software only hardware like the e3 flasher. No other way no matter what you hear.
