Let me clarify a few things:

1.) Kiosk Firmware is Modified Firmware (MFW). It's only use is to bypass.

2.) Kiosk Firmware does exist, though it must be modded through MFW Builder.

3.) Kiosk Firmware extremely limits your PS3; no going to the Store and such.
