This is normal. Lifespan of a NOR clip is 5 times use. All you can do is use foam on top of it to hold it and tape. Best solution is buy a new NOR clip for around $20 to $30.

i have a new 1 but it dont even clip on at all. only have 1 left i just ripped 1 because the product is a peace of shit scamming rip off. cant sell a product like this...

did all that, its the ps3 motherboard, i can buy countless amount of new clips it wont stick on anymore on my ps3 flash clip.

To keep it connected to the chip on the mother board, I Put 2 Dimes on top of the clip and pressure it down with electrical tape.
it fits perfectly on with 2 Dimes on all CECH200XX models... why are you downgrading your console soo often?

The pins on your NOR chip have probably been bent from using the clip.
