It's not mine, It's a public one. I still have the problem though. :(

Make sure that the consoleid.txt is on the ROOT of your USB and that your USB is plugged into the far most right USB slot on the PS3 :y: Let me know if it works.

It is on the ROOT of my USB and it is plugged into the right USB slot. It was working fine earlier then I got off for awhile and now it randomly won't work. :(

Sounds like you either don't have it named correctly or the file isn't there anymore.

The name has to be 'consoleid.txt' on the root of the usb.

Make sure there are 64 digits in the number as well or that will happen.

I have the file named "consoleid.txt" There are also 64 digits. It still says "unable to read consoleid.txt" :(
I've been looking on Google and YouTube for a solution to this for the past 3 hours but I can't find one. If anyone can help fix this for me I'll literally Love you Forever.

The Simple Steps
-Make sure the PSID patcher is compatible with your CFW
-Make a notepad file called "consoleid" the extension .txt is not needed in the name
-Put your 32 digit console ID, and add 32 Zeros
-Put it in the Closest port to the Blur ray Drive (usb001)
-Press L1 to change consoleID
-Press Triangle to Quit.

should work now
