My ps3 randomly restarted and when ever I turn it back on my screen says debugging station. I cant use any of the normal ps3 navigations, and when i select "quit game" my ps3 goes black and freezes. Someone please help.

How do you know that its going on? Because my ps3 just did that. How can i fix?
