My ps3 randomly restarted and when ever I turn it back on my screen says debugging station. I cant use any of the normal ps3 navigations, and when i select "quit game" my ps3 goes black and freezes. Someone please help.

EDIT:I solved that problem but now when i go to internet setting i can see *ONLY* shows

Thats it... It doesn't show Psn connection, UPNP, or anything. I also get error 8071053D when trying to make an account, psn store, logging in, whats new, etc.

check your NP setting under debug settings

also to fix this error just power off the ps3 then power it back on. hold the power button till is beeps once more time and let it (it resets the boot mode so it'll boot)
