Post: Stuck on Step With DEX!

I get stuck when I go to renaame the EID key file & the .NANDBIN file. I rename them to .bin which changes the file to VLC. It also loses .bin so I rename it again. Then I open up command prompt & try it anyways which I get 3 errors.
I did the whole thing twice. A lot of downgrading... Any help???
