i got a 40gb phat on 4.46 rebug for $100 if your in Australia. Has one fault which is it will only work with a wired controller. Have tried out 3 different wifi cards but doesn't make a difference. Everything else works just fine.

Ebay is good. I got my 40 GB Phat 3.55 for $99 plus $25 shipping with minor problems tho.
