Few days ago Sony ban my account and my ps3 for firmware hacking, they said me when i called the customer support !

I would like to understand where was my error !
I was in OFW 4.46, i booted the ps3 until the xmb menu and with E3 flasheuri did a nor backup. I put the backup in nor and nord auto patcher from rogero ( after the check ) and rewrite my nor memory.
Then i install habib cfw, ok no problem, i did that many and many time.

But the last time i forgot to shut down my internet connection during the downgrade lol, i think its why iam banned.
I modded trophy with ps3trophiesisgood from psn stuff, and sync only after i delete all psn game from my internal dd and put ofw 4.46 on cfw 4.46.( my connection was lan not wifi when i am in cfw )
I synced 1300 trophies in one week and time stamp was good

Where is my error ? too much trophies ? downgrade when i forgot to shut down my wifi ? Sony can see a cfw modding under a real ofw ? I need to use ps ninja before the installation of an ofw on a cfw to clean my ps3 ? Or maybe habib cfw have no enought protection or stability ?

Look for a ban bypass. which is possible. but i think thats only the system to make a new id or something.
