There's an issue right now with Multiman and Rebug 4.46.1 REX in DEX mode being unable to play backups or use Blu ray Mirror. I can't find any fixes at the moment so I'd advise against updating for now, but it's your call.

If you go on DEX my opinion is go on ITA instead of REBUG it's easier
