Found the answer guys. To everyone that is having issues signing up for PSN or signing into PSN using REBUG 4.46 - guess what, I found out from a legit source that Rebug 4.46 has a bug in it that will not allow you to use PSN. I've tried just about everything to get mine online with no prevail. I just got my new console in the mail a week ago and have not been able to even test her out because of this "bug" that is in the 4.46 firmware. I have no idea what to do now... I'm stuck with this console and cannot find anyone to help me or lead me the right direction. Sucks.

yes you sure can sign in with rebug 4.46 d-rex dex..I use it currently..google is our friend
