ok installing 4.30.2 drex fw and then? iam on 4.30 but i need 4.46 to acces psn or?

Open the toolbox and change everything to REX/DEX/REBUG in the second column.

system mode = Rebug
XMB operation mode= Debug
Debug Menu Type = DEX
