(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, so I'm trying to install CFW on my PS3, but of course as soon as it hits 71% i get the corrupt data error message. So I do some searching around the web and on this forum, and found the 999 downgrader. Problem is when I try to install it it gives me the same error code. I think it might be my usb because it's really old and was in my closet collecting dust. Anyway, if you could tell me how to fix this, you would make me so happy.

Cheers,

Kinda figured you were on OFW, that is why I asked. Yeah, bud sorry the downgrader is only used on CFW =/ You should be careful before installing stuff on your ps3. You can possibly brick it dude. Research material before attempting anything.
You need to jailbreak your ps3. And the only way to get down to 3.55 is with E3 flasher or progskeet. Also, don't believe everything you see on youtube, just incase you go down that route.

wow, looked up what you have to do with the E3 Flasher. Nope, I'll just wait till the PS4 comes out.
