But when i Was Converting CEX to DEX i had these Files
There 16MB and the Files the People Say are 16MB

and i also have my PS3

Yes, you need an E3 flasher and I've downgraded many times and this should not be much different. So I suggest getting one and you can add me on Skype to help you through it.

HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON,recover file system should be in there if that dont work,find hybrid 3.55/4.21 then UPDATE SOFTWARE.with that on your usb,then it will unbrick.its a spoofed ofw 4.21 beta whatever is called. i can email it to you if you like?

on the Ps3 mother board solder a cable from Nor Tristate to SBE on your E3 flasher ribon cable! that will bypass startup logo and will give you time enough to reflash a good BIOS dump.

Nuh i never solder in my life People say you don't need to solder now and what is reflash BIOS dump ??
They say you only need an E3 Flasher and A Card Reader something like that Please give me all the info ????????
