When you're on CEX find out your console ID (There are many ways how to figure out what it is) and put it in a .txt file and call it consoleid.txt and put that on your usb stick. Put that in the rightmost port. Once done that go back to DEX and spoof your ID from the rebug toolbox to EID5 I believe... Then go into PSID Patcher (Download for 4.21.2 D-REX not 4.21.2 REX even if you're on it. I figured out it works better more frequently) which you could easily find on google. and press L1 and the console ID should change! Try to sign in and you got yourself a handy-dandy DEX online ^.^
