And if i want to go back to change something i just downgrade again?

The stuff you do on 3.55 will become obsolete once you upgrade to OFW. You need to stay on CFW for it to work bud.
Yes, there is a chance that you might get caught then banned.
You can change your console ID to get on PSN if you do get banned or before you get banned.
I've heard people that go on and have never been banned and I've heard people going on PSN and get banned.
