I connected with Target Manager fine!
everything ok right now! but Blackops2 Tool 1.13 Cannot connect!
-when i press connect I got this Msg " Failed to Connect "

also Target manager is working fine and im connected with it

I installed all blackops Patches + EBOOT
- I tried alot of eboots

MY blackops2 BLUS31011

please heeeeeeeeeeeeelp !!

Do you have your ps3tmapi_net.dll in the same directory as the tool?
