I can only use pliers on the open screws like the ones when u can see underneath and i go from there. But theres like 2 screws when u can only access it from the top how will i go on about solving this to get it out? It's been 3 weeks I've been buying tools and nothing seems to works its one big joke !!

What model is your ps3? Cech2001a?
I've never encountered any problems when removing the screws. Really to remove that metal plate you need to remove about 5 little screws that are along the edges and 4 big ones that are in the middle. I never have to use pliers to remove that metal plate. You might be getting some resistance when trying to remove the motherboard cause of the thermal paste.
Also, please don't use the flash when taking pictures. Really hard to make out what you're trying to point out. And the second set of pics, I cannot read the red portion mang.

Damn, looks like the screws are stripped like you have said. Just by looking at your video you have 2 of them. I would look around the internet on how to remove stripped screws:You must login or register to view this content.

Screw extractor looks like a solid fix. good luck on this man. REALLY
