Cant connect to PSN with Rebug 4.46 Rex (made to Dex for RTM/RTE)

i have a big Problem, my problem is that i cant connect to PSN when i change the Rebug 4.46 Rex to Dex even with EID5 it isnt working i even tried rebug mode everything but its not working.
I can connect to PSN with CEX normally but when my ps3 is DEX it wont why.

You need an ethernet in on DEX. You probably shouldn't of converted until you done your research on how it all works!
