No, I checked and deleted all downloading games

2. did u do it in recovery mode?
yes!

3. how did u fix it?
it took 6 hour i had to download another reverter and put my ps3 in a safe mode loop and format it on pc(thought cmd)

DO NOT USE DeathsDisciple's REVERTER U HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Or just stay off the mfw from youtube
