Post: my ps3 can't boot after e3 flasher (10$ paypal if you help me fix it)

after i update my e3 flasher,i start backup dump then i tried to restore, after that i turn off my ps3 to take sd card and put downgrade file, but my ps3 wont boot, see this video it will explain my situation
