I have a PS3 Slim 4.21 OFW and I have an E3 Flasher, Will I be able to downgrade it to 3.55 then go to turn it from a cex to dex to do real time editing online. If so is there any tutorial for me after I have downgraded to 3.55.

According to the chart, yes you can install. But as an extra security I recommend doing minverchk.
Just install this like you would a firmware update:

It will error out telling you the lowest firmware you can downgrade to.

i downgraded to a cfw but switch to 3.55 ofw then went to 3.55 kmweaw then i went to 4.21 rebug

Hey I got a question. I have another PS3 which I downgrade using E3 Flasher, to 3.55 CFW and spoofed to 3.70. Is it still 3.55 CFW or do I need to flash it again back to 3.55, Reason why is because i need to remarry a PS3 drive because my other one broke.

i dont know how to remarry but you are still on 3.55(or you should be) if you download rebug tool box it has a setting in there to check your actual frimware. you can get a version of the rebug tool box here You must login or register to view this content.

The only bad thing about this is that I am able to install package files but wont be able to launch or view it. Therfore I need to remarry it.

if you only spoofed you version then you are still on 3.55. if you upgraded then you are on 3.70. you can probably go back into the app you used to spoof it and unspoof it

When I downgraded the CFW that I used was 3.55 spoofed to 3.70 so I didnt like use any spoofer tool.
