Then when I turned it off and on, I was greeted by this screen...

I really don't like seeing this and I would like it removed! Someone please help me?

When I click off it and select an option such as Network Settings then it goes back to my TV saying there is no HDMI attached. I don't know what the fuck happened.....

Connect to your PS3 using the Target Manager, Right-click on your PS3's IP address, and choose to reboot your system in System Software Mode. Should work fine now.
