did you download the rap file?
did you make the aa account?
did you transfer exdata w/ the rap file inside the folder to usb flash drive?
did you plug in the flash drive onto the port that is closets to the blu-ray drive, the rightest most port?
did you press/hold x after running reactpSN?
did you verify that aa change to reactpsn#######?

but i didn't verify that my aa user changed to reactpsn how do i do this? and i already ran reactpsn on aa

DONT RUN reactPSN on aa, run it on your profile. For me it always works when I run it on my account and not aa

Place the usb in with the files in the right most port, run reactPSN and press/hold X, the PS3 should restart. That is a big given that it took the rap file. At this point go to your xmb, go all the way to the left to USERS, you know where you select a different profile or create them or where you created aa. Check if aa has been changed its actual name to reActPSN.
