today i been trying to RTE over wifi for like 5+ fucking hours and its starting to irritate the shit out of me.
everytime i hook up the ethernet cable to my laptop and it says underneath my ip 169.xxx.x.xxx (private networks only) i have no clue what this means but any help is appreciated.

Just Hook up your PS3 to router with an Ethernet Cable, Have your laptop be connected by wifi, & open up your network settings on your computer.
