put your ps3 in a box (for example the box your ps3 came in) then face your ps3s back end with your hair dryer then heat it up for 5 minutes then let it cool down for 3 minutes then repeat that step two more times (dont worry it is ok if your ps3 gets super hot it may begin to melt the plastic cover a little bit but that is ok just push it back together while the plastic is still soft) after you heat the back end of your ps3 for your third time just let your ps3 cool down for about an hour then you should be able to test it out & it should work perfectly normal (note: hold your hair dryer about 2-3 inches away from your ps3 while heating) hope this helped

put some kind of heat proof glass that's made for cooking upside down over the stove(electric stove is recommended) and put the motherboard on that for abit. Don't turn the stove up to high tho. Theirs a video on youtube, I don't know the link.
