-Release mode
-Debug Mode
-System software mode.

I dont have these in my Debug settings???? Why and how do i get them

This is to confirm that your on DEX

In the toolbox go to system information and see if your on DEX.
Lv2 kernel and Target type should say DEX

Now to get the DEBUG settings your looking for.... Go to Rebug Toolbox> Selector> XMB Opertation Mode> switch to DEBUG
REstart PS3 and check under Network Settings for Debug Settings.

easy huh?

Under Debug Settings you should see your:
Debug Settings>Release Check Mode
Debug Settings>Boot Mode
Debug Settings>Network Settings for Debug

You need to enable Rebug when choosing menu mode in toolbox
