(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NGU i ask this mainly because i think that Permanent-Bans are too harsh but SONY enforce them because they are effective at banning CFW users even if it means fucking up their Legit PSN downloads i will do an investigation and locate the most common way to get banned so that we can keep modding a system which is rightfully ours when we buy it, SONY wants you to think that you can buy something and steal it at the same time (Ban if you go CFW)
People should NOT accept the PSN ToS without giving it a thorough read and noticing that digital games are not yours but just 'rented' until you trip.

I got banned for buying a couple of Platinum trophies. Don't even own a CFW console.

going online on cfw is against sony's rules/policy whatever so you should expect a ban.

I was banned for modding BO2,they banned my console and 4 other accounts that I had on my console this is the second console that they have banned of mine but its not going to stop me from modding I'll just try to be more careful next time.
