if that doesnt work once its on and showing that it has a ip adress use the target manager and do reset mode system software then reset with target manager

My console ID is not banned and I can confirm 100% it's not banned because I tried on my other ps3 and I can go online with this console ID

Are you patching the eid in rebug toolbox before you change your console id? If not then do that.
Make 100% sure the np settings are "np" nothing else (remove the quotes )

I'm on unknown 4.41.1 DEX and I was online with this console ID but I have played just 2 games and then it desconnect me from psn

I use rebug so can't help you
