Well I dont believe there is a way to get online from 4.21 CEX but there is with DEX. (I say this because the spoof only goes up to 4.41 or something). I'd say upgrade firmware to rogero 4.xx with spoof for 4.46 and use psidPatch v4.0 to change the consoleID of your console.
