get psid patcher, also you will need a valid console id to get online, if yours is suspended or banned.

uses ps3ita 1.40 manger then rebug tool to change the regoin of it to cex

open it up and press l1, note u must have a valid console id in a text file on the root of your usb in the right pot of the ps3.
