I'm still having problems doing this. I'm not sure if I used 3.55.4 to downgrade but I'm trying to go from 4.46.2 D-rex to 3.55 back up to 4.66 Dragon Hackps. Please help?

I would suggest entering Recovery Mode and restoring your entire system. You can then install the firmware you were trying to install. This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I am going to call it a Xx_SUPERBRICKYOLO_xX because I could not find anywhere on google a forum with the same problem I had. Who needs a E3 Flasher when you can try fixing it yourself? Good luck!

Try launching Rebug Toolbox and go to Utilities and Change Active PS3ID to EID5:85(CEX). Then quit to the XMB. (if you turn off or restart your PS3 you will need repeat step from UTILITIES every time you boot.)
