I am using Rebug 4.46.1 Lite Edition, I would like to know if the "Change Active PS3ID" under the "Utilities" menu in the Rebug toolbox changes the Console ID the same way it does in PSID Patcher?

I know it states:

"Spoof IDPS in LV2 memory. Choose from Use EID0 or Use EID5. EID5 will spoof your original CEX IDPS allowing you to connect to PSN if your PS3 is running REBUG REX EDITION firmware in DEX mode."

Does it do the same for CEX consoles?
