get a 4.46 spoofer (.pkg) and install and run it. then go into your rebug toolbox and go to the far right and scroll all the way down. then spoof your PS3ID to CEX. then sign in you are still on DEX but PSN thinks you are on CEX

IS GO ONTO GOOGLE AND SEARCH "4.21 Rebug UPdate" THEN GO TO THE FIRST LINK AND DOWNLOAD THAT PACKAGE FILE!!
INSTALL IT AND THEN DELETE IT AND DO THE NORMAL PROCEDURES AND YOU CAN GO ONLINE THANK ME LATER BRO

Yup. and after that get the 4.41 spoofer, run and reboot. works on 4.46. If youre spoofed, updated and your toolbox/debug settings are all right then youre good to go.:y:
