check if it is qa enabled (can be done through "Toggle QA" and/or "rebug toolbox"
If so then install 4.46.x rebug rex
If not then make sure it gets qa enabled (search for it on how theres maaaany tuts)
After ur on rebug 4.46 startup mw3 and install the update patch
After u installed the game quit the game and transfer a modded eboot to the mw3 update folder on your ps3 (can be done through ftp or comgenie / usb)
When u've done that u should be able to play online with the mods that are in the modded eboot.
