is it plugged in all the way (sometimes i dont do that haha)
is it fat32?
does it work on your computer or anything else?

andd is it on the most right usb slot?

yeah it was... I have fixed the problem now I had changed the setting in Debug settings and it was using the usb as bd emu that's why it wouldn't use it as a portable device..
