Either it IS the wrong login info, or you're banned.

Try these options. If your on DEX go to debug settings and make sure your NP environment is set to np. And that your connection setting is set to single setting not dual setting. And are you running a spoofer?

Create a new user on ps3 and then go to signup and login with ur existing info
