I've heard PS3ita, HABIB v4.46, Rebug and I just need a straight answer with an explanation why it's the best because I don't wanna fuck my new PS3 up. And if it's not Rogero's one, how do I install the new CFW?

I would suggest to stick with Rogero. It is plain and simple CFW and to me also very stable. I think everyone has their own personal favorite CFW they use. You need to find out which out suits you buddy. Do you prefer beer, wine or hard liquor??? You wont know until you try it out.

But, if you're gonna experiment with different CFW, I would only hope your PS3 is QA flagged.

In order to update:
1) Download the PUP
2) Rename PS3UPDAT.PUP
3) Transfer to USB and make new folders on USB: the folder structure should be like-----> PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP
4) Place on PS3 USB slot and go to Settings>System Update>Media storage
!!!!Make sure no game is in the BD!!!!

Make sure you install only CEX firmware donot install DEX or REX they need flashing.

I was on DEX PS3ita 4.21 and it was everthing I wanted and more until I got banned.So its really depends on you and what you want to do with it? But be aware that you will eventually get banned if your planning on modding lobbies so dont cry when it happens.
